Hi, I’m Brenda and I live in Montana. After more than 30 years in business leadership and earning a master’s in rehabilitation and mental health counseling, I’ve learned something important: professional success doesn’t always equal real fulfillment. Even though I hit all the usual milestones and built a solid résumé, I realized how much I needed to reconnect with who I truly am. Now, I’m focused on building a life that matches my purpose and dreams. This website is a window into my journey, and I hope sharing it helps others find and create the lives they really want too.

Philosophy

To me, being authentic brings clarity and a sense of lightness—even when life isn’t perfect. Living in tune with your true self just lasts longer than always chasing the next achievement. When you know who you are and what matters most, forward movement feels more natural instead of like you’re forcing it. It’s easy to get boxed in by outside expectations or the roles we “should” play, but it’s so important to tap into your own strengths. Growing doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the ride, and everything goes better with a sense of humor.
